QuizGen.kr shares a finished quiz through a take-the-quiz link and a QR code. Choose learning support or assessment; for assessment, classes and a participant roster can be registered in advance so submissions are grouped by class. Quiz takers answer through the link or QR code without creating an account.
When the same quiz goes out to several groups — a classroom, a study group, a corporate training cohort — a single link is not enough. You need to know which group each submission came from before the results mean anything. Defining classes at the sharing step carries that structure all the way through to result analysis.

Why assessment uses classes and a roster
Learning support has no class or roster setup. In assessment, the roster identifies participants and structures collected submissions.

- Assigning a class when adding a participant keeps results separate even when one quiz goes to several groups.
- The dashboard switches between all classes and a single class so you can compare average scores and accuracy.
- The participant score table shows name and class together, so an individual detailed result is easy to find.
Availability window and visibility
Even after the link is out, you can control when the quiz can be taken and how widely it is exposed.
- Start time and end time are both optional; leaving them unset allows submissions at any time.
- Set both values when the quiz should only be available during a fixed window.
- Public and private status can be toggled from the my-quizzes list. This setting is available on the Plus plan and above.
- The quiz-taking screen opened from a shared link does not expose owner-only information.
Good to know before you start
- Creating a quiz and configuring sharing require signing in, but quiz takers answer through the link or QR code without an account.
- Class grouping follows your sharing setup and the affiliation participants type in, so announcing the exact class names helps when sharing for assessment.
- A QR code encodes the generated link, so regenerate it whenever the link changes.
- Submission statistics are visible only on the dashboard of the account that created the quiz.

- Do quiz takers need to create an account?
- No. Participants can answer straight from the shared link or QR code. Sign-up and sign-in are only required for creating and managing quizzes.
- How do I get a QR code?
- Generating the link on the share screen also produces a QR code. You can download the image for handouts or slides, and scanning it with a phone camera opens the quiz directly.
- Can I separate results by class or team?
- Yes. Add classes at the sharing step and assign participants to them, then switch between all classes and an individual class on the dashboard to compare results.
- What is the difference between learning support and assessment sharing?
- A learning-support link first shows a start screen without asking for participant details; the questions open after the take-quiz button is pressed. An assessment share asks the participant to choose a registered student or enter a name and affiliation first.
- Can I limit the quiz to a specific time window?
- Yes. Setting a start time and an end time restricts submissions to that period. Both values are optional, and leaving them unset means there is no time limit.
- Can I make a quiz private?
- Public and private status can be toggled from the my-quizzes list. This setting is available on the Plus plan and above.
